2011 Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid prices and specification
Porsche will introduce the next-generation Cayenne sport utility vehicle, including a hybrid gas-electric version, to the North American market on March 31 during a press conference at the New York International Automobile Show.
The 2011 Cayenne S Hybrid starts at $67,700 and gets an estimated 21 mpg city and 25 mpg highway (the base Cayenne gets 15/22 or 16/23).
The hybrid system features a 333-hp supercharged 3.0L V6 mated to a 47-hp electric motor. The Cayenne hybrid can be driven either by the electric motor or the gas engine alone, or with both drive units together. According to Porsche the Cayenne hybrid can reach 0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds and has a top speed of 150 mph.
